Please understand that when a cancellation or reschedule happens, I then need to be able to find time to promote or advertise your time slot and hope I’m able to fill it. Sometimes this often causes me to unexpectedly stay up extra hours to draw a design for a new client last minute. Otherwise I’m showing up to work to not get paid. Please be respectful of my time. Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours of the scheduled appointment Rescheduling will require you to immediately pick a new date even if it’s tentative or months out to keep you on the schedule If you reschedule past the 24 hour window your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit to book again. I do understand life happens. If a true emergency happens with the 24 hour window please just communicate with me and will figure something out No call no shows will have their deposit forfeited and I do expect some kind of explanation on what happened. If you ghost me/don’t communicate after a no show, I will charge a 20% cancellation fee in addition to the lost deposit and the client will be banned. All deposits are non refundable
